All product descriptions are accurate to the best of my knowledge, but slight variations may occur due to handmade processes, supplier changes, or display differences.

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method supplied

Orders may be refused or canceled if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. The Enlightened Rose, LLC does not store full payment information.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped through trusted third-party carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping delays, damage, or loss are the responsibility of the carrier.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. The Enlightened Rose, LLC is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Legal requirements

Customers must notify me within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with their order.

Proof of damage or error (photos, order number, etc.) may be required.
